According to feedback from many Pixel Watch 2 watch users, after correctly connecting the watch and charger, the watch cannot be charged. It is currently uncertain whether the problem is with the charger or the watch itself.
Users have tried changing the charging cable, charging head, socket location, and even connecting directly to the USB port on their laptop, but they still cannot charge the Pixel Watch 2 correctly.
A user had no choice but to go to the nearest store and could use the charger in the store to charge his Pixel Watch 2. He had no choice but to buy a new original charger, but this is just an example.
Google has not officially acknowledged the above-mentioned problem, and users have not received satisfactory after-sales support. They only received a sentence of “We will respond to your feedback later.”
Note: Google does have an official support page that details how to charge the Pixel Watch 2, including not supporting the wrong orientation, cleaning the back surface of the watch, etc. However, users still cannot charge it if they operate it correctly.
