Obviously, if this is not a “blindfold” or mistake on the part of the reseller, then the iPhone 14 mini will be a huge surprise for small-screen lovers by squeezing the 6.7-inch so-called iPhone 14 Max/Plus out of the lineup.
Some analysts believe the likely reason is that Apple ordered a lot of 5.4-inch panel inventory, and it will take another generation to digest it all.
In addition, the reappearance of the 14 mini will likely mean that the iPhone 14 series will not increase in price, maintaining the current starting price of $5,199 ($699 in North America).
