SilverStone released the world’s first SFX12V 4.0 standard power supply: equipped with 16pin interface

According to TechPowerUp, SilverStone has launched the Extreme 850R Platinum power supply, which is the world’s first SFX power supply based on the SFX12V 4.0 standard.

Reportedly, the SFX12V 4.0 standard is comparable to ATX 3.0, offering a 16-pin 12VHPWR connector capable of 450W continuous output and improved sleep/wake performance.

SilverStone Extreme 850R Platinum is an 850W power supply with a built-in 92mm fan. The fan stops at 150W. Between 150-600W load, the fan runs at 35-40% speed.

SilverStone Extreme 850R Platinum is now available overseas with a 5-year warranty for $215.99 (approximately RMB 1508).
