Sega’s 2D high-speed action game “Sonic: Origins” was officially released on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) in June last year. Available on the platform, Simplified Chinese is supported.
Half a year later, the unannounced “Sonic Origins Plus” (Sonic Origins Plus) passed the review of the Game Rating Management Committee in South Korea.
The rating for Sonic Origins Plus suggests that Sega is following the same pattern of its previous Sonic game, Sonic Mania, of releasing a Plus version with additional content less than a year after its original release.
It’s unclear how this Plus version differs from the original.
