A few days ago, Twitter digital blogger @TECHINFO45 posted that it has obtained all the parameters of Samsung’s latest generation of folding flagship model Galaxy Z Fold5.
According to @TECHINFO45, the Samsung Z Fold5 will have a 7.6-inch main screen with a resolution of 2176×1812 and a 6.2-inch external screen with a resolution of 2316×904, both of which are OLED screens with a refresh rate of 120Hz. The S23 series uses a custom mobile platform similar to the S23.
The rear camera will consist of a 50-megapixel main camera along with a 12-megapixel super wide-angle lens and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, while the front camera will be a 10-megapixel camera and a 4-megapixel camera. As for the battery, the Samsung Z Fold 5 is paired with a 4400mAh capacity battery that supports fast charging up to 25W.
In addition, the machine will also include Wi-Fi7, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB-C 3.2 support, equipped with Android 13-based One UI 5.1 operating system.
The foreign media MySmartPrice released the official poster of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5, showing the blue back cover version of the machine, but also the optional S Pen stylus. As you can see from the poster, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 finally removed the folding gap, the phone is two parallel parts after closing and the screen bezel is also expected to be narrower than the previous generation.
However, the blogger @i Ice Universe said that the poster has some “beauty” parts, the real machine is not so thin. According to previous reports, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 uses waterdrop hinge technology, which not only allows for seamless folding of the screen compared to traditional hinges but also provides a softer folding curve to alleviate the screen crease problem.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5 and Z Flip5 folding screen phones are expected to be officially unveiled in the coming weeks and are expected to be launched at the Galaxy Unpacked event in Seoul on July 26.
