According to South Korean media Chosun reported that Samsung will hold an Unpacked launch event on July 26 to launch two folding screen phones: Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5, the new machine will be officially launched on August 11, which is about two weeks earlier than last year’s launch.
amsung holds an annual Unpacked launch event in the third quarter to unveil its latest folding screen phone and other products. Korean website The Elec has previously reported that due to the poor results in the first quarter of this year, as well as the expected results in the second quarter, Samsung decided to move up the timing of the launch in order to achieve better sales results in the third quarter.

There is no official news about the specific configuration and features of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5. However, according to some previous revelations, the main upgrade of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 is the addition of a larger external screen, from 1.9 inches to 3.4 inches. The Galaxy Z Fold 5 uses a new hinge design that makes the phone thinner and lighter.
