Samsung Wearable app shows the existence of the Galaxy Ring

Blogger @i ice universe previously broke the news, that next January Galaxy S24 release, smart ring is expected to become the star product.

And in the latest Samsung Galaxy Wearable application, a ring icon has appeared, further confirming the news of the product.

Note: Galaxy Wearable is an app officially produced by Samsung and developed for its smart devices. Its main function is to help users realize that they can manage various smart devices through cell phones, and connect wearable devices to cell phones for real-time monitoring and management.

At the same time, @i ice universe confirmed that this Samsung smart ring will be on sale in China.

According to Korean media, The Elec previously reported that the development of Samsung’s smart ring Galaxy Ring is nearing completion, the earliest mass production began in August, and plans to go on sale early next year. Samsung has already reached cooperation with Japanese company MEIKO Electronics Corporation (MEIKO) to jointly promote the smart ring project.

The report claims that Meiko Electronics is responsible for manufacturing the printed circuit boards (PCBs) for Samsung’s smart ring, which should be called the Galaxy Ring when it goes on sale, and is aimed at the health and XR headset markets, which can provide more accurate health data than the Galaxy Watch.
