After installing the July update, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra users reported that the high bit rate option was disabled when shooting 8K video.
Samsung community moderators responded that Samsung’s high-bit-rate video capture function takes up too many resources, causing other functions of the Galaxy camera may not work properly, so the developer decided to limit this function.
