Samsung Electronics recently announced that it will launch a “temporary cloud backup” free service globally, and the National Bank version can also enjoy it.
According to reports, users can choose to upload data to Samsung Cloud Storage for free through their Samsung account, and the service is designed to give Galaxy device owners more peace of mind in case they need to replace or repair their phones. Data is retained for up to 30 days from the date of the user’s initial backup, during which time the user can restore the data at any time.
It is worth mentioning that the total storage of Samsung’s “temporary cloud backup” is unlimited, but the maximum size of a single file is 100GB. It can be uploaded under WiFi without the need for additional equipment such as a PC.
