The Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 got released alongside the manufacturers Fold 4 and Flip 4. The smartwatch also got a good number of straps for users to choose between. But, Samsung took things a step forward to launch a Global Goal strap for the Watch 5.
The strap will be available in a total of 14 countries and will aid in achieving a set goal. The said countries are Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, the United States and the United Kingdom. Certain proceeds from the sale of this strap will help to develop sustainable policies and build resilient institutions in more than 170 countries.

The Korean manufacturer will channel 5% of the funds from the sale of the Samsung Galaxy Watch 5 Global Goal strap to the global development course. This will be the first time Samsung will partner with the UNDP on a smartwatch to drive global development. To further create awareness of this move, Samsung Galaxy Watches will get two Global Goal interface themes.
This strap represents Samsung’s effort to help develop certain aspects of the world. The Global Goal strap is currently available for purchase on the Samsung official site. As for the design of this strap, it comes in only the colour white with a little design to highlight the global goal unique colours.
