Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 FE appears in score database: with MediaTek Xun Kun 900T processor

Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab S7 FE in May last year and its successor was supposed to be available around May this year. Unfortunately, however, Samsung has not yet released the model, only the Tab S8 Standard, Tab S8 Plus and Tab S8 Ultra, but the good news is that the Galaxy Tab S8 FE has not been canceled, as its key specs have appeared on Geekbench.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 FE, model number SM-X506B, is powered by MediaTek’s MT8791V/TZA SoC, also known as the Kompanio 900T. The tablet runs Android 13 and has 4GB of RAM on board, but there may be more memory options yet to be confirmed.

GalaxyClub claims that the SM-X506B is a 5G model, and there is another version with the model name SM-X500, which could be a Wi-Fi-only variant. It’s unclear when Samsung will officially launch the Galaxy Tab S8 FE, but we expect to hear more about it in the coming months.
