The source @Tech_Reve revealed in the latest tweet that the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will still use the same 200-megapixel HP2 sensor as the S23 Ultra.

According to the tweet, Samsung will use an enhanced version of HP2 on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, significantly upgrade the optical receiver, and use a 17nm logic board.

The Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra will only upgrade the sensor size, with 1 / 1.12 inches, which is close to the full 1-inch size.

Samsung’s ISOCELL HP2 has a 200-megapixel resolution and measures 1/1.3 inches. Sony has launched a 1-inch sensor for smartphones, and the Xperia PRO-I launched in 2021 is the first smartphone with an outsole, followed by vivo and Xiaomi.
