However, there are still a number of factors to consider regarding these samples before getting excited about the Galaxy S23 Ultra. Firstly these images have not been compared to the competition, specifically the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, so no direct opinion can be formed. Secondly, it is unclear how long it will take to process the night shots, as the computing technology requires the user to remain extremely still or the final result will be very blurry.
We don’t know how long users will have to wait for the processed image, and if they have to wait an excruciatingly long period, then the whole purpose of having the night shot feature is defeated. Other than that, as a first impression, it’s not hard to see a clear improvement in image quality.
