Samsung Galaxy S23 flaunts the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor on Geekbench

Geekbench benchmark score of the Samsung Galaxy S23 using the Snapdragon 8 gen 2 SoC are now available months ahead of the device launch.

We already know that the Samsung Galaxy S23 and other devices in its series will launch in the first quarter of 2023 with the next-generation Snapdragon processor. But, this device has made a stop on Geekbench showing off its score and some specifications ahead of its launch next year. Let us take a look at the few specifications that this device showed off on the device benchmark application.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor earns a single-core score of 1524 and a multi-core score of 4597. Also, the processor boasts 8 cores in three clusters with a base frequency of 2.02GHz. The available RAM on the coming Samsung Galaxy S23 will be 8GB, and it might come with two storage options, 128GB and 256GB.

Lastly, the benchmark score showed that the coming Samsung flagship devices will launch with Android 13 out of the box. From the scores this “said Geekbench benchmark result” carries, we can see a notable improvement in the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. This processor will become available during the Snapdragon summit, which will take place in a few weeks.
