The company said it plans to launch the Galaxy A24 “in the coming months”.

Samsung didn’t reveal any other details about the Galaxy A24, but some specs and official renders seem to have leaked through the Gadgety website. The renders show that the Galaxy A24 has a similar design to the A34 5G and A54 5G, both with straight screens.

Similar to the rest of the Galaxy A series in 2023, the Galaxy A24 should be available in a variety of rich colors, including black, silver, lemon green and red-burgundy.

The source that leaked these renders also claims to have obtained some information about the Galaxy A24’s configuration, which will feature a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED FHD+ display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits of brightness. That brightness level suggests that, like the A34 and A54, the Galaxy A24 benefits from Vision Booster technology, which not only makes the screen brighter, but also maintains better color accuracy.

In addition, the Galaxy A24 could be powered by a Snapdragon 680 SoC processor and 4GB of RAM, 128GB of storage expandable up to 1TB via microSD card, a 5000mAh battery and support for 25W fast charging.

In terms of cameras, the Galaxy A24 is said to feature a 13-megapixel selfie camera (f/2.0 aperture) and three rear cameras, including a 50-megapixel primary camera with OIS (optical stabilization) and f/1.8 aperture, a 5-megapixel wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.4 aperture. macro camera with f/2.4 aperture.

The Samsung Galaxy A24 is likely to be priced at around $285 (currently about RMB 1967), but it is reported to support 4G networks only, so it is unclear when it will be available and what the pricing details will be.
