According to reports, SAIC-GM-Wuling is fully promoting the “125 Project”. Currently, it has focused on building R&D innovation capabilities, building a double-million product cluster, and building five tens-billion-level independent industrial chains. It is planning 83 projects on a rolling basis, involving an investment of 43 billion RMB.
In 2023, SAIC-GM-Wuling’s annual vehicle sales reached 1.403 million vehicles. 11 products including Wuling Bingo, Baojun Yueye, Baojun Yunduo, and Wuling Starlight were put into production. New models contributed to sales of more than 370,000 vehicles throughout the year. The three popular new energy vehicles, Wuling Bingo, Wuling Hongguang MINI third-generation Macaron, and Wuling Starlight, have increased the value of bicycles by 16%.
