SAIC DATONG MAXUS models enter the Australian new energy market

SAIC Datsun MAXUS landed in Australia in mid-November with a variety of models to fight in the Australian MPV, pickup truck, light passenger and other segments.

According to SAIC DATONG, the specific models include the “full-size luxury intelligent pure electric MPV” MIFA 9, the high-end pure electric pickup truck T90 EV, the “full-size new generation intelligent MPV” G90, the “pure electric light passenger benchmark” EV90 and other models of the right-hand drive version.

SAIC data show that the company sold 800,000 new energy vehicles from January to October, up 44% year-on-year; 772,000 vehicles were sold in overseas markets, up 46.1% year-on-year.

According to the report, SAIC DATONG MAXUS has opened up a new blue ocean in the Australian market with a number of new energy products: MIFA 9 became the first product in the Australian pure electric high-end MPV market, T90 EV became the first pure electric pickup truck in the Australian market, and EV90 also became the first medium-large pure electric VAN product in the Australian market.
