The ROG 2023 series notebooks have a new ambient light sensor inside the body, which automatically cuts off power when it “sees light” and turns on power-off protection, according to ROG news.

The ROG 2023 series notebooks are designed to eliminate the need to disconnect the battery cables when upgrading the memory and hard drive and to eliminate the need to manually power down the notebooks when cleaning the dust and changing the silicone grease.

The ROG side said that after the upgrade, cleaning and other work is completed, the bottom cover is properly installed and the power adapter is connected, the system power-off protection will be automatically lifted. After normal power is on, you can resume daily use.

The ROG 2023 series notebooks are already available in large numbers, including the Gunmetal, Magic Buster and Phantom series.
