Redmi Pad SE tablet renders revealed, support Snapdragon 680 chip

Xiaomi launched the first Redmi brand tablet Redmi Pad, with the latest news that Xiaomi plans to launch the SE version in the near future, the relevant renderings and key specifications have been exposed.

News that Redmi Pad SE in the processor, will be downgraded from MediaTek Helio G99 to Qualcomm Snapdragon 680, other hardware specifications are basically the same as Redmi Pad.

Redmi Pad SE’s internal code name is “xun”, will be equipped with a resolution of 1200 * 1920, refresh rate of 90Hz AdaptiveSync 11-inch LCD screen, running Android 13-based MIUI 14 system.

The screen features an 8-bit panel with a peak brightness of 400 nits, a pixel density of 207 ppi, a 16.7 million colour display, a contrast ratio of 1500:1, 70% NTSC coverage, and a screen-to-body ratio of 84.4%.

The tablet features an 8-megapixel primary camera (f / 2.0 aperture) on the back and a 5-megapixel (f / 2.2 aperture) selfie camera on the front with FocusFrame, a feature that automatically tracks the subject and keeps it in the center of the frame during video calls.

The tablet has a built-in 8000mAh battery, supports 10W charging, and has a maximum video playback time of 21 hours and gaming time of 12 hours, according to official data.

The tablet features a metal unibody design, weighs 478 grams and measures 255.53 x 167.08 x 7.36 millimetres.

For connectivity, the device will support USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 5GHz and Bluetooth 5.0.

The tablet is available in grey, green and purple variants, with the 4GB RAM and 128 GB ROM combo version starting at around 190 euros (currently around RMB 1,511).
