Redmi Note 12 series listed ahead of the official launch

Redmi has started working on their upcoming Redmi Note 12 series of smartphones. The devices are getting nearer to an official launch in mainland China. The series is expected to offer three devices in the initial days; the Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro and Redmi Note 12 Pro+. Now, the devices have been listed up online ahead of any official announcement.

Tip source Mukul Sharma (@stufflistings) reported seeing the three Redmi smartphones. The allegedly listed items include a picture of a smartphone hidden by a crimson cloth, implying that the devices won’t be made public until later. Additionally, the postings state that they will be 5G mobile devices. It appears that the cost and specifications are still a secret. The normal Redmi Note 12, Redmi Note 12 Pro, and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ listings could all be verified as of now.

The China Compulsory Certification (3C) database has also revealed the whole Redmi Note 12 lineup. According to reports, the model numbers for the standard Redmi Note 12 and the Redmi Note 12 Pro are 22101316C and 22101316UCP, respectively. The Redmi Note 12 Pro+, meanwhile, allegedly has the model number 22101316UC.

According to the 3C listing, the top-tier Redmi Note 12 Pro+ may support 210W fast charging. Similar to this, the Redmi Note 12 Pro might support 120W fast charging whereas the Redmi Note 12 may only give 67W. The recently released MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC may be the processor for the Redmi Note 12 series, according to a recent report. This chipset can support a 200MP main camera sensor and is paired with an ARM Mali-G68 GPU.
