Xiaomi recently launched its budget-oriented Redmi A1 and Redmi 11 Prime 5G smartphones in India. It looks like the brand is now planning to launch a new smartphone under its Redmi sub-brand. An upcoming Redmi smartphone has been spotted on the IMEI database. The device could launch in the market as the Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023 Edition. However, the official name might be something different.
Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023 to launch soon; spotted on IMEI database
First spotted by Xiaomiui, an upcoming Xiaomi smartphone with the model number 2209116AG has been listed on the IMEI database. The database further reveals the device’s marketing name as Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023 Edition. The device is currently new to the reports and hence we don’t have any information regarding its specifications.
However, the report by Xiaomiui further mentions that the device has the model number “K6A” and it is very similar to the Redmi Note 10 Pro, which had the model number “K6”. This indicates that the device may feature similar specifications, and it could be rebranded version of the Redmi Note 10 Pro. Xiaomi had previously launched its Redmi Note 10S smartphone as Redmi Note 11S in the selected markets and the brand may do the same with the Redmi Note 11 Pro 2023.
