The Realme GT Neo 5 appeared on the Geekbench score site before its release and is expected to be the world’s first phone to support 240W fast charging. The phone model number is RMX3708.

The Realme GT Neo 5 has a single-core score of 1279 and a multi-core score of 3902. The Android 13 system will be pre-installed, and there will also be a 16GB memory version. The motherboard codename “taro” may be related to the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chip.

The Realme GT Neo5 has entered the network of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It will use a 6.7-inch 1.5K screen with a resolution of 2772*1240p, support a 144Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz PWM dimming, and will be equipped with a 3.2GHz first-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ chip.

Realme has officially announced that it will be the first mass-produced 240W full-level second charge. The Realme GT Neo5 phone will be released in February and will be equipped with this technology for the first time. realme adopts a three-way 100W charge pump parallel design, 20V 12A input, 10V 24A output, and the charging conversion efficiency reaches 98.5%. A 12A charging cable is also used, which has increased the current carrying capacity by 20% compared to the previous generation. The solution uses a 240W dual GaN mini charging head with a single USB-C interface, which is only 5% larger than the previous 150W charging head. The charging head supports the 240W SuperVOOC protocol and is compatible with the 65W PD protocol, QC protocol, and VOOC protocol.
