Players of Activision Blizzard and Tencent’s Call of Duty Mobile game spend more than $3 billion

Activision Blizzard announced in its latest financial report event that the “Call of Duty Mobile Game” game jointly developed with Tencent has been launched in October 2019. Since its launch in October 2019, the game’s total global player spending has exceeded 3 billion US dollars.

For comparison, data shared by Activision Blizzard in February 2022 shows that Call of Duty Mobile game spending was $1.5 billion.

The official statement is as follows:

 Player engagement and net bookings of Call of Duty Mobile remained stable year-on-year. The team enhanced player experience and optimized real-time operations, which received positive responses from players.

 Since its launch in October 2019, as of the second quarter of 2023, global players have spent more than $3 billion on Call of Duty Mobile (currently about 21.54 billion CNY).
