A netizen posted on social media platforms that he had worn the Google Pixel Watch for only one day and found that the screen was “burned”. The Pixel Watch is a new product launched by Google in October this year, and the Wi-Fi version is priced at $349.99 (about 2,500 yuan).

According to a photo posted by a user, the Google Pixel Watch screen has a visible “shadow”, the user said “bought a new watch, or the same problem”.

In response, Google responded, saying “this is not a ‘burned screen’, this kind of shadow will disappear in a short time, while ‘burned screen’ is permanent, we recommend that users turn off the AOD”.

The smartwatch is claimed to be comparable to Apple Watch and Samsung Galaxy Watch. Its main highlight is that it comes with its own smartwatch operating system, Wear OS, and also integrates Fitbit, which can have 24 hours of battery life performance on a single charge, almost crushing Apple Watch.

It features a 41mm stainless steel case with a 1.6-inch AMOLED display that supports DCI-P3 color gamut and a brightness of up to 1000 nits. In addition to seeing clearly, it is also drop resistant, with Corning Gorilla Mirror glass that is strong and durable, so you don’t have to worry about knocks.

On the software side, Pixel Watch comes with Google Wear OS 3.5 operating system, which is compatible with Android 8.0 and higher Android phones with Bluetooth 5.0, LTE, Wi-Fi and NFC for contactless payments and other connectivity capabilities.
