Philips launched the next generation of Fidelio L3 headphones – Fidelio L4, the shape design is basically unchanged and will be launched in the third quarter.

The Fidelio L4 is Philips’ high-end line of wireless headphones, featuring 40mm drivers that improve midrange and high frequencies with the help of a new graphene coating.

Philips claims that the headphones offer up to 40 hours of battery life even with ANC activated, which is 10 hours more than the Sony WH-1000XM5. With ANC turned off, the battery life can reach 50 hours, and it supports 5 hours of charging for 15 minutes.

In addition, Fidelio L4 supports Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, as well as Bluetooth LE Audio, Auracast, and LC3 codecs. Philips Fidelio L4 also integrates Sony LDAC and also supports audio output via AUX and USB Type-C.

Fidelio L4 is also equipped with an additional built-in pickup microphone, which is specially used to eliminate background noise and make voice calls louder and clearer.

Philips has not yet announced the pricing of Fidelio L4.
