The reason for the fine shows that the party’s contracted artist, Liu Yuan Yuan, posted an advertising video on ShakeYin since March 1 this year with the content of a brand of intelligent learning tablet “no blue light, no harm”. This is a violation of Article 28(2)(b) of the Advertising Law (information on the performance, function, origin, use and quality of goods does not match the actual situation) and constitutes false advertising.
In the certified microblog, Liu Yuanyuan wrote in the evening of September 4, “I must not do bad things, there are too many people who love me”.
The company was founded in July 2021 and is jointly owned by Liu Yayong and Beijing Yuanchuang Inverse Liu Culture Media Co.
