Panasonic G7 is a mid-range digital camera released in 2015 with the M43, featuring a 16MP sensor (17.3 x 13mm), fully articulated touch screen, 2360k-dot electronic viewfinder, ISO 100 – 25600, It supports 7.0fps continuous shooting and 4K (UHD) – 3840 x 2160 video recording, and weighs about 410g.

The machine is now back on the official store and will be officially launched tomorrow. The single body is only priced at 2398 RMB. The kit is shown in the picture below.

Panasonic G7 camera

For reference, the Panasonic LUMIX G7 camera is currently imported by Jingdong International for $9,939. For comparison, the camera was listed in June 2015 at $799.99 (currently about 5,512 RMB).

The Panasonic G7 mirrorless camera uses a M4/3 format 16-megapixel Live MOS sensor with an ISO sensitivity range of 160-25600. The focusing system uses the same DFD space recognition ultra-high-speed focusing performance as the GH4, and supports up to 49 focusing points. The speed can reach 0.07s.

In order to deal with such a large amount of information, Panasonic has adopted the Venus quad-core multi-threaded image processor in the G7 camera, and the camera can shoot up to 8 frames per second (6 frames per second in AF-C format).

The appearance of the G7 is very “sharp”, including the flash and the edges of the fuselage are very tough, but the handle has a better ergonomic design according to the official, and the feel has been improved a lot.

On the top of the camera, the new machine uses a command dial and a double dial to adjust parameters. The back of the camera uses a 3-inch 1.04 million-dot LCD screen, and the electronic viewfinder has been upgraded to 2.36 million dots.
