Nvidia took action to rectify copycat graphics cards

0

In response to the market for “low-cost” NVIDIA graphics cards from brands such as Kanokee, Raiso, Granite, Publisher, Jetso, and Ice Shadow, NVIDIA says these brands are not partners of NVIDIA and have never done business with NVIDIA. Currently, NVIDIA is working with e-commerce platforms to clean up the sale of such “cottage graphics” goods.

The company is now working closely with major e-commerce platforms to make initial progress: Jingdong POP, Jindo, Jitterbug and Tmall have begun to clean up the sale of such graphics cards, Jingdong POP and Jitterbug have made it clear that merchants are no longer allowed to sell used as new, refurbished and falsely advertised graphics cards, and that some graphics cards with older RTX 20 Series, 16 Series and 10 Series models are no longer available on Jingdong and Jitterbug from now on. Jitterbug may no longer be sold on the platform shelves.

Nvidia said that regular graphics cards from Nvidia’s mainland partners (ASUS, Seven Rainbow, Kongsheng, Shadowcharger, Gigabyte, Image, MSI, Sotec, Renaissance, Zenith, MaxSun and Yingtong) are fully guaranteed from product quality to after-sales service.
