Nokia unveiled its first Wi-Fi 6E gateway, Beacon 10, at MWC 2023, with a new logo and claims to offer seamless, high-capacity mesh networking.

Nokia says Beacon 10 is a true tri-band device that leverages the 2.4GHz, 5GHz and 6GHz bands to deliver 10Gbps of Wi-Fi throughput with a 10G WAN interface that can be paired with a 10Gb/s fiber modem optical cat for home gigabit services.

Nokia says Beacon 10 is based on 2×2 MIMO in the 2.4 GHz band and 4×4 MIMO in the 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands, resulting in Wi-Fi speeds of 10 Gbps, as well as support for 160 MHz channels. beacon 10 also comes with a 2.5 Gbps LAN port for the AX10200, bringing high-speed connectivity to the home.

In addition, for large buildings, users can extend coverage with up to five Beacon 10 units and easily set up the network with the iOS or Android app.
