The actual battery life test of the 2024 NIO ET7 & mass-produced version of the 150kWh battery pack ended. The 2024 ET7 equipped with a 150-degree battery pack was tested on three different highway routes and easily exceeded the 1,000-kilometer range.

The first route was from Shanghai to Xiamen. Even if it encountered adverse weather such as orange rainstorms, ET7 still achieved a cruising range of 1,046 kilometers. The comprehensive energy consumption per 100 kilometers was 13.3 degrees, and the NOP + assisted driving mileage accounted for 37.6%. .

The second route is from Kunming to Zhanjiang. This route takes advantage of the altitude and ultimately achieves a cruising range of 1,070 kilometers. The comprehensive energy consumption per 100 kilometers is reduced to 12.7 degrees, and the mileage proportion of NOP + assisted driving is as high as 70.7%.

The third route was from Beijing to Hefei. This was the first all-round long-distance endurance test of ET7. It ended up driving 1,062 kilometers, with a comprehensive energy consumption of 13.0 degrees per 100 kilometers, and a NOP + assisted driving mileage ratio of 40.3%.

Based on these three tests, it can be seen that even in actual driving scenarios such as highways, the cruising range of the ET7 equipped with a 150-degree battery pack can stably exceed 1,000 kilometers. In addition, it is noticed that the use of NOP + high-end assisted driving system can significantly reduce the comprehensive energy consumption per 100 kilometers and further improve the vehicle’s endurance performance.
