Nintendo opened a new round of trial play with fun, Nintendo Switch Online members from 12:00 today (11:00 for the Japanese service) will be able to play “Coffee Talk” for free, the deadline for November 27 at 17:59.
Coffee Talk is a visual novel game developed by independent studio Toge Productions and released on January 29, 2020. The latest in the series, Coffee Talk 2: Hibiscus and Butterflies, will be released in spring 2023.
The game is set in the modern city of Seattle, where elves, orcs, mermaids and other races from the fantasy world live alongside humans. Players need to offer a variety of drinks to customers, listen to their troubles and try to help them solve their problems.
The game features pixel art in the 90’s animation style and the ability to change the story by offering drinks and the player can learn many stories about various customers, and the story will change depending on the drinks the player offers them.
