Nintendo has confirmed that it will be attending this year’s Cologne Game Show from 23-27 August, after the event organisers claimed that the “big company” would be returning to the offline show, which the company last attended in 2019.
Cologne organisers added that “more exhibitors will follow in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!”
It is unclear what Nintendo is planning to showcase at the event. For reference, the company exhibited in 2019 mainly showing games that launched later that year and also had plenty of booths for consumers to try out.
This year, Nintendo is the first major publisher to confirm its participation at Cologne, with major players such as Microsoft and Sony expected to follow soon.
