Changan Automobile’s compact SUV, Changan X7 PLUS was officially unveiled. This car can be regarded as an update of the current Oshan X7 PLUS, giving it a completely new look through a new naming method and brand LOGO. For reference, there are 20 current Changan Oshan X7 PLUS models on sale, with prices ranging from 79,900 to 133,900 RMB.
In terms of appearance, the Changan X7 PLUS is an upgrade based on the current Changan Oshan X7 PLUS. The overall design basically follows the latter’s styling, with only minor adjustments made, such as replacing the Changan V logo and chrome-plated trim strips on the fog lamp areas on both sides. Adjust the thickness to appropriately increase the refinement of the vehicle.
The side of this car creates a sense of fashion through the black trim strips on the upper and lower sides of the window and the five-spoke wheels, but the overall atmosphere is still homely and stable. The design of the tail is solid and full, and it uses a through-type LED taillight, which has a good lighting effect. The rear bumper incorporates two exhaust decorations on both sides, which looks more atmospheric.
In terms of interior, the interior of the new car adopts an enveloping design, with a large area of slush-molded soft packaging. There are multi-function buttons for cruise control and multimedia control on both sides of the steering wheel. At the same time, the shape of the new car’s gear handle area has been adjusted compared to Changan Oshan X7 PLUS, and the positions of the gear handle and cup holder have been interchanged to reduce the inconvenience for co-pilot passengers when placing water bottles.
For the power system, refer to the current Changan Oshan X7 PLUS. It is equipped with Blue Whale’s new generation NE 1.5T turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which is divided into high and low power versions. The maximum power is 188 horsepower and 170 horsepower respectively, and the maximum torque is 300 N· m and 260 N·m. The transmission system will be matched with a 6-speed manual or 7-speed wet dual-clutch gearbox.
