According to the blogger @Digital chat station today, Realme’s upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 new is officially named Realme GT 5, and the Pro version is expected to be equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.
The blogger had previously exposed the specific configuration of a new Realme Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 machine, which was predicted to be named Realme GT Neo 6, and should now be corrected to Realme GT 5.
The product is equipped with a 6.74-inch 1.5K “ultra-narrow” straight screen, supports 144Hz high-brush and 2160Hz PWM dimming, a front-facing 16-megapixel selfie lens, and a rear-mounted 50-megapixel IMX890 main camera (supports OIS optical image stabilization) + 8-megapixel lens + 2-megapixel lens.
It is worth mentioning that Realme GT 5 is expected to provide a 24GB+1TB memory version (32GB is the initial screenshot, the digital chat station has been corrected to 24GB), and two battery life versions, 240W fast charge + 4600mAh battery and 150W fast charge + 5200mAh battery.
In other respects, the Realme GT 5 is expected to adopt a screenless plastic stand, a plastic middle frame and a glass body design. The body weight is 205g, the thickness is 8.86mm, and it is equipped with an infrared remote control and an X-axis linear motor.
Realme has not officially announced the product information and launch time of the Realme GT 5.
