Due to the new surrounds, the car’s body size has also been adjusted, with the length, width and height being 4655/1890/1605mm respectively, and the wheelbase being 3000mm.

IONIQ 5 N Line will have a sportier shape, but will not involve adjustments to power performance. The car adopts a sports body surround, adds a spoiler shape, and will also be equipped with 20-inch sports wheels. The N Line logo will be marked on the black panel on the front of the car.

For the interior of the car, many details have been adjusted while retaining the style. The multi-function steering wheel of the new car has been replaced with a traditional three-spoke type, and the buttons have richer styles and functions. The central air-conditioning control layout has also been adjusted, and the touch buttons are arranged horizontally, which is more logical. The biggest change is the addition of a wireless charging panel and a newly designed cup holder under the center console, as well as the integration of physical buttons such as seat heating/ventilation.

New models will have enhanced intelligent configurations, such as being equipped with a new generation infotainment system called ccNC, which supports OTA upgrades. In addition, the car is equipped with lane keeping assist, remote intelligent parking, front/side/rear parking collision avoidance assist and other functions. The new car has also been upgraded with shock absorbers, body structure, and motors, mainly to reduce vibration and noise. In terms of safety, the front and rear doors, B-pillars and other parts of the new car have been strengthened.

As for the battery, the new battery capacity of the Korean model has been increased from 77.4kWh to 84kWh, which also increases its cruising range. However, the official did not announce the specific cruising range and power parameter data of the new model. For reference, the old IONIQ 5 is available in single-motor and dual-motor versions. The maximum power of a single motor is 125kW, and the combined maximum power of dual motors is 239kW. Officials stated that the new car will be delivered to Korean customers starting in March and will be gradually introduced to the global market during the year.
