Recently, we learned from GAC Toyota officials that a new generation of Camry will be launched in 2024, a new large compact (A+ class) pure electric SUV of the Platinum brand, and a pure electric medium and large sedan 3 new products. At the same time, in the next three years, GAC Toyota will lock in three major goals: 10 million base users, an electrification penetration rate of 60%, and a new energy share of 20%.

The new generation Camry officially started pre-sales on January 1. The new car has launched a total of 7 configuration models, with a pre-sale price range of 173,800-208,800 RMB. According to previous news, the new car is expected to be officially launched in March. The new car is built on the TNGA-K platform. It will provide three exterior design styles according to different configurations to meet the aesthetic preferences of different consumers. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 4915 (4950)/1840 (1850)/1450mm respectively. The wheelbase is 2825mm.

In terms of interiors, the new generation Camry will be equipped with a large-size floating central control screen, built-in Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, and equipped with AR stylized HUD. In terms of power, there will be three options, namely a 2.0L+CVT pure fuel version, a 2.0HEV version equipped with the fifth-generation THS hybrid system, and a 2.5HEV version.

The GAC Toyota Platinum brand currently only has one pure electric medium-sized SUV, the Platinum 4X, on sale. Not long ago, the official issued a limited-time price guarantee policy. The price guarantee period will be implemented for 182 days starting from January 1, 2024, and will end in 2024. June 30 at 24:00. The current price range of the car is 179,800-238,800 RMB, and the CLTC comprehensive operating mileage has four types of 400km, 500km, 560km, and 615km for consumers to choose from.



According to the trailer, Bizhi’s new compact SUV is the mass-produced version of the previously released bZ FlexSpace Concept concept car, which was jointly built by Toyota, GAC Group, GAC Toyota, and Toyota China R&D Center. The car will be an SUV model that focuses on practicality. It will provide a large interior space, provide comfort and convenience like a mobile living room, and comprehensively upgrade the vehicle’s intelligence and scene-based experience value. Another mid-sized sedan is the mass-produced model of the Comfort Space concept car.
