Beijing time July 30, Tesla CEO Elon Musk in a tweet to answer the netizens about when the advanced driver assistance system FSD Beta 10.13 version will be launched, he said, we have worked very hard for this, but at this moment is not ready. It is said that FSD Beta 10.13 will not be the final version of this advanced driver assistance system, but is expected to make significant improvements overall.

He commented again a few hours later, saying that FSD Beta 10.13 was definitely close to launch and revealed that it would take about another week, and that users outside of California would be able to feel the boost more clearly.

The main feature of this version will be better handling of difficult left turns, such as unprotected left turns. In addition, Musk has said that FSD Beta 10.13 will be the first version to support driving on roads without map data.

The FSD Beta 10.13 release notes describe that this version improves the accuracy of identifying numeric speed limit signs by 29%, unrelated speed limit signs by 23%, three-digit speed limit signs by 39%, and end of speed limit signs by 62%. The neural network was trained using an additional 84% of the examples in the training set, and the architecture was changed to assign more computations to the head of the network.
