Motorola launched the latest Moto G 5G (2023) phone on May 2, which supports sub-6GHz 5G networks and is equipped with Snapdragon 480+ chips. For comparison, Moto G 5G (2020) The Snapdragon 750G chip is used, and the Moto G 5G (2022) uses the MediaTek Dimensity 700 chip. The Snapdragon 480+ is not that great in terms of performance gains.

The Moto G 5G (2023) model will be available on May 25th for $250. In comparison, the Moto G 5G (2022) model has an MSRP of $400.

In terms of configuration, Moto G 5G (2023) is equipped with a Snapdragon 480+ chip, 4 GB of memory + 128 GB of storage, supports up to 1 TB of expansion microSD slot, and runs Android 13 system pre-installed.

The Moto G 5G (2023) has a 6.5-inch LCD screen with a resolution of 1,600 x 720 (20:9) and an increased refresh rate from 90Hz to 120Hz.

Moto G 5G (2023) has a waterproof design, a thickness of 8.4mm, a weight of 189 grams, a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom, near the USB-C port, supports 15W charging, a built-in 5000mAh battery, supports data transfer (USB 2.0), and Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
