Motorola Edge 50 Ultra benchmark exposed: 12GB memory + Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip

The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra phone recently appeared in the GeekBench benchmark library. The 6.2.2 version achieved a single-core score of 1947 points and a multi-core score of 5149 points.

According to the benchmark database information, the phone is equipped with an eight-core chipset and Adreno 735 GPU, and relevant data indicates that it should be a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. The benchmark page also shows that the machine is equipped with 12GB of memory and comes with Android 14 pre-installed.

Processor:
The Edge 50 Pro will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, while the Edge 50 Ultra will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor.

Camera
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has three rear cameras, with the main camera being 50 million pixels and a periscope lens equivalent to 75mm, which is equivalent to about 5x optical zoom. There is also a laser autofocus function above the periscope lens. There is also a triple LED flash on the right side.

Edge 50 Ultra is expected to come in 3 colors, including Pantone’s 2024 Color of the Year–Peach Fuzz.

The backs of the two colors Peach Fuzz and Black are made of plain leather. The third color is called “Sisal” and the back of the fuselage is brushed, closer to light yellow.
