In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on combating and managing telecom network fraud, and to continuously improve the early warning and prevention capability of telecom network fraud, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has launched the “anti-fraud business card” service for the public, following the “12381 fraud-related warning and discouragement SMS” and the national cell phone card “one card check” services.

In recent years, public security organs at all levels have invested a lot of police power to use the telephone to warn and dissuade the masses who are suffering from telecommunication network fraud, which has achieved remarkable results. But in practice, it often happens that the public security organs of the early warning phone are mistaken for fraud or harassment calls and refused to answer the situation, affecting the success rate of early warning and dissuasion.

In order to effectively solve the above problems, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology directed the Ministry of Anti-Fraud Center, in conjunction with the National Anti-Fraud Center, organized China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom launched the “anti-fraud business card”, anti-fraud warning and discouragement phone numbers of public security organs at all levels to mark and call reminders, to help the public effectively screen the source of calls, to further enhance the warning phone The authority and timeliness of early warning calls are further enhanced.
