The new version does not bring important new features but makes features that were previously open only to a small group of people open to everyone.
One such feature is the new taskbar optimized for touch, which collapses to a smaller size if you have a touchscreen device and no keyboard or mouse attached, optimizing the experience of touch typing. In addition, the new system tray is now available to everyone, with some slight tweaks to the design, ease of use, and more.
Another new feature that is now fully available, is the language-neutral word suggestion list, meaning that when you type using the virtual keyboard and you have multiple languages installed on your computer, you can now see word suggestions for all installed languages, rather than being limited to the currently active language. In addition, Microsoft has fully enabled the new Cloud Suggestions to feature for the Chinese Input Method Editor.
In addition to making all of these features finally available to everyone in the development channel, Windows 11 build 25231 focuses on fixing a few issues.
