Microsoft releases March patch KB5023696 for Windows 10, version Build 1904x.2728

Microsoft has pushed out KB5023696 and KB5023697 for Win10 Versions 22H2, Version 21H2, Version 20H2 and 1607 feature updates to Build 1904x.2728 during the March Patch Tuesday event day.

The update is mandatory and will be automatically pushed and installed via Windows Update.

Microsoft has fixed an issue affecting the Appx State Repository, fixing a bug that left some data behind after deleting a user account, which caused the database to grow over time and slowed user logins in multi-user environments such as FSLogix.

Microsoft also fixed a daylight saving time display issue affecting the United Mexican States; and fixed a bug that caused resource conflicts (deadlocks) between two or more threads.
