Microsoft released update 114.0.1807.1 for Microsoft Edge browser users in the Dev channel, the third update after moving to version 114.
The biggest highlight of Microsoft Edge version 114.0.1807.1 is the introduction of the “CTRL + SHIFT + /” shortcut key combination to quickly hide/show the sidebar.
Another notable improvement is the experimental Profile Autofill / Password Autosave feature.
The following fixes to the Edge Dev version:
- Fixes an issue where the auto-hide sidebar button was not working.
- Fixes an issue where the sidebar was not rendered correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the Gallery, History and Favorites panels were not displayed correctly after the sidebar was set to auto-hide.
- iOS: Fixed an issue where some sites did not work in dark mode.
- Android: Fixed an issue where some sites were blank when the dark mode was turned on.
