Microsoft Deeply Integrates GitHub Copilot with Visual Studio to Improve AI writing code

And now, in the latest 1.84 version of GitHub Copilot, Copilot has been able to cooperate with Visual Studio’s built-in code intelligence prompts. Developers can “Accept Copilot Suggestions” and “Enable Code Smart Tips” at the same time to improve the accuracy of Copilot’s predicted codes.

Microsoft said, “When code intelligence prompts are now turned on, developers can not only see Copilot’s predictions, but the choices in “Code Intelligence Prompts” will also have a certain impact on the predictions provided by Copilot.” And currently, GitHub Copilot and Visual Studio A more harmonious integration between AI and AI can also “significantly improve the accuracy of developers using AI to generate code.”

It is noticed that if you want to enable the new Copilot feature, users must use Visual Studio 2022 version 17.4.4 or later, and you need to update Copilot to version 1.84 to experience a more accurate “AI writing code” effect.
