Microsoft Build 2023 developer conference date leaked: to be held on May 23-25

0

The Microsoft Build 2023 developer conference will be held from May 23 to 25, Pacific Daylight Time, according to Twitter user WalkingCat, a time that matches previous rumors about the event and the time period in which Build is held each year (Build 2022 is held from May 24 to 26).

Specifically, Microsoft Build 2023 will be held online from May 23 to 24 for a global event, while Microsoft will also hold an offline event in Seattle from May 23 to 25.

The same dates were revealed by Twitter user @XenoPanther last month, and WalkingCat has a high degree of credibility when it comes to breaking news.

Last year’s Build only had a limited number of offline attendees, and the slides WalkingCat shared didn’t mention if there would be a limit on the number of people who could attend this Seattle offline event.

Microsoft’s Build conference is aimed primarily at Windows, Azure and Microsoft 365 developers, and most of the content has little relevance to the average consumer, but Microsoft may insert some major announcements, many of which will affect the average user in the long run, such as new features for Edge or new options for developers in Microsoft Teams.

Last year, Microsoft announced new features for the Loop component at Build and the opening of the Windows 11 widget panel to third-party developers, which paved the way for Spotify widgets to appear on Windows 11. Microsoft also announced Windows Dev Kit 2023 (previously known as Project Volterra) at Build 2022.
