MelGeek pushes Mechanical Keyboard Pixel: Experience the customization of Lego fun

0

In addition to custom keycaps and key shafts, this mechanical keyboard Pixel by MelGeek gives you a Lego experience. If you happen to have a bunch of Lego blocks, then with the Lego bumps on the sides and bottom of the keyboard, then you can redesign the entire case to your liking.

This mechanical keyboard is not officially licensed by LEGO, but it can be fitted with any LEGO building block via a carabiner. It features a TenKeyLess design (a keyboard without a small number area) that is a little narrower than a full-size keyboard. MelGeek has cleverly included studs under each keycap, so you can outfit the keyboard with your own LEGO keycaps if you wish.

These key shafts are hot-swappable, so users can customize them to suit their preferences. Once your board is equipped with your LEGO keycaps and switches, you can plug it into your computer (or wirelessly) and use its RGB lighting.

The Pixel keyboard is not yet available for sale, but the official announcement is that the current pre-order price is $199, to be officially launched when the price is $269.
