MediaTek Dimensity 9300 flagship chip released tonight, according to the official introduction, Tiangui 9300 upgraded to APU 790, supports 8 times the speed of generative AI Transformer algorithm acceleration, unique memory hardware compression technology, NeuroPilot Compression mixed precision INT4 quantization technology, 2 times the integer operations, 2x integer operations, 2x floating point operations, and 45% lower power consumption.
MediaTek officially said that the Dimensity 9300 has landed on the end-side of the 7 billion parameter AI big language model, and has successfully run the 13 billion parameter AI big language model on the end-side, as well as the 33 billion parameter AI big language model.
In addition, the Dimensity 9300 will support generative AI text-to-graph functionality to generate emoticons.
MediaTek also introduced the “Blue Heart Little V”, a tool that was announced at the 2023 Vivo Developer Conference, and is the “exclusive personal assistant” for OriginOS 4.
MediaTek has also partnered with Android, Baidu, Meta, and Baichuan Intelligence to optimize the large language model on the Dimensity 9300 for these platforms.
