MacBook Pro and Mac Mini all set to launch in November with M2 lineup chips

0

Just a few days ago, Apple has refreshed its based iPad with a new design and upgraded hardware specifications. Alongside that, the brand had also released its new iPad Pro and Apple TV 4K. Now, the Cupertino-based tech giant is gearing up to release its MacBook Pro and Mac Mini with upgraded hardware specifications. The launch of this device will happen soon.

MacBook Pro and Mac Mini will launch soon

Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reported earlier this week that Apple would unveil macOS Ventura on Monday, October 24. Both the new 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pros will be supported by the latter. According to rumours, the new MacBook Pro will use M2 Pro and M2 Max processors. The expert, however, does not believe that the two laptops will significantly improve upon one another in other areas. This is likely the main reason Apple doesn’t have separate events specifically for them.

Gurman previously asserted that Apple was developing new Mac mini models based on the M2 and M2 Pro CPUs. There is every reason to believe that the new Mac minis will be released alongside the Mac Pro at this time. He added that Apple has frequently announced new Macs in November in recent years. For instance, it introduced three Mac models with M1 in 2020 and the first-generation 16-inch MacBook Pro in 2019.

The M1 Pro and M1 Max CPUs were introduced in the current 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models in October 2021. With the addition of “bangs,” HDMI, MagSafe, an SD card reader, etc., they had a completely new design and set of functions. The previous time, in November 2020, Apple introduced a base Mac mini with an M1 processor. The business is still offering a more expensive Intel version with optional Core i5 and Core i7 processors.
