Opulent Velocity is a high-performance electric product, and its name also intuitively reflects its positioning. Opulent means “luxury” and Velocity means “speed”.
The official previewed this car with an extremely blurry dynamic video. Through several screenshots, we can see some details, such as the sharp front design, the luminous brand LOGO in the center, and the car also has a huge front spoiler. The flow plate indicates its powerful performance. The car retains the Cadillac brand’s classic vertical headlights and taillights. In addition, although this is a pure electric vehicle, it has the exhaust sound of a fuel vehicle.
“Cadillac CTS-VR”
The Cadillac V series is a high-performance model developed by General Motors’ high-performance vehicle operations department and was born in 2004. It was initially led by John W. Heinricy, the division’s director of operations, to perform high-performance modifications on the latest sedan in the Cadillac family, and use “V” as the LOGO. The first-generation Cadillac V series includes CTS-V, XLR-V, and STS-V. On the track, the Cadillac Racing Team used CTS-VR to participate in the GT class of the American SCCA competition from the 2004-2007 season, and won the team’s annual championship in 2005 and 2007.
