Recently, Lucid officially released the preview image of the new model, according to previous news, the new car is expected to be priced at less than $50,000, to become the brand’s new entry-level models, competitors targeting the Tesla Model Y. In addition, Lucid will participate in the 2024 Geneva Motor Show, when we may also be able to see the world premiere of this new car.

According to Lucid Motors CEO – Peter Rawlinson, Lucid is currently implementing the second phase of the Arizona plant’s expansion program, which will allow it to meet the production capacity needs of the Lucid Gravity as well as this new model. In addition, the new entry model will also be built at Lucid’s plant in Saudi Arabia, which currently only produces the Lucid Air with a capacity of just 5,000 units per year, and which Lucid plans to expand to 150,000 units/year in the future, although the exact timing of this is yet to be determined.
